Public Domestications
I have started working on a project with Huong Ngo in New York. It's called Public Domestications and is about making public spaces on the sidewalks of the city more comfortable and enjoyable to be in. The first installment is up on the streets of the East Village at this very moment. Visit Huong's PD site for a description and map. Hi Colin,
I tried the link and it didn't work--maybe it's just down for a bit, so I'll try again later. Anyways, I'm planning on going down to the city friday through sunday morning. I'm always up for some writing--where and how do I get to these newly usable spaces?

Wow, that post was older than i thought. Well maybe the desks still live for writing on, we'll see.
